1. Service Agreement

By using Morkojudkuz auto service, you agree to these terms. Services are provided as specified in written quotations and repair orders.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
• Late payments may incur interest at 5% per annum

3. Warranties

All repair work includes a 12-month warranty on parts and labor, provided the vehicle is maintained according to manufacturer specifications.

4. Liability

Morkojudkuz is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles left on premises beyond standard negligence. Customers are advised to arrange comprehensive insurance.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Work already begun is non-refundable.

6. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. Data is collected for service provision and contact purposes only. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved under German law. The courts of Düsseldorf have jurisdiction.
